VILLA INFORMATION

Master Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) – Patio doors to poolside, Queen bed, satellite tv, lockable walk in closet, en-suite bathroom containing separate bath and huge walk in shower.

Master Bedroom 2 (1^st Floor) – Queen bed, satellite tv, DVD player, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

2 Twin Bedrooms (1^st Floor) – twin beds and closet.

Family Bathroom (1^st Floor) – Shower over the bath.

Den/5^th Bedroom (1^st Floor) – Queen sofa sleeper, satellite tv, DVD player and 15 in 1 Games table (including pool/billiards, foosball, motor powered air hockey and table tennis) . Please note that this is an open loft style room.

Open Living Area (Ground Floor) – Well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with 2 stools, dining area seating 8 which opens onto the patio area, satellite tv, DVD and portable music system in lounge area which opens onto the poolside.

Poolside – Child safety fencing, patio tables, chairs, sun loungers, 2 seater (adult) swing, pool toy box and W/C.

Utility Room (Ground Floor) – Separate washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Ground floor W/C and internal access to double garage.

Baby cot, highchair, monitor, safety gate for the top of the stairs and 3 night lights are available free of charge. Please request these when booking.
