Booking Information

Stage 1

Contact us with the dates you wish to stay. We will then confirm if those dates are available, by your chosen method of communication, and provide you with a booking form and some terms and conditions. This will need to be returned to us via email or fax to secure your booking. An invoice will then be sent to you itemising your accommodation needs. A 20% deposit is payable within 7 days via Electronic Bank Transfer or Paypal. Please note Paypal payments will incur a 2% surcharge.

Stage 2

Once your deposit payment has cleared, your booking will be confirmed, and the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks before you travel. If you book less than 8 weeks before you travel then the full balance of your stay is necessary to secure your booking. A fully refundable breakages deposit of £200 is also required with your final payment.
